Meet Shashank (Name changed, for privacy reasons), a 24 year old young gentleman from India who was suffering from Grade 3 hair loss based on Norwood scale.
Shashank was troubled with hair loss, especially at such a young age, and this made him really uncomfortable. He finally turned to hair transplant surgery for a permanent solution. His friends would also make comments about his hair loss and thinning hair, and this started bothering him.

For Shashank, We decided to go ahead with FUE hair transplant, where hair follicles are taken from a donor area (usually the back of the head) and then planted in the areas where hair density needs to be provided.

After the procedure, Shashank was discharged with proper bandage and after care so that the transplanted site can be well protected. He was asked to visit the clinic again in 5-7 days for his first head wash after the surgery.
We had been following up with him regularly to make sure he has the best recovery possible. He shared the following pictures during this recovery period -
Fun Fact (not so fun maybe): The hair in the transplanted area begins to fall after 2-3 months! However, there is nothing to worry about, and this is the natural hair cycle. Fresh hair growth will come in the area, after that.
